We chose a nice quality LVP from Genesis Brothers Flooring. They offered professional guidance during the selection process and we were very pleased with the product we chose. The removal of the old flooring and installation of the new flooring was very efficient. The installation crew was very easy to work with and they kept the house clean during the transition. They worked hard to finish before Thanksgiving for us, as we were hosting family for the holiday. We were extremely pleased with the final product. Pedro has done two remodels for my home - LVP floors for my  bedrooms, and most recently, a bathroom remodel. Pedro was fair and worked with my budget; he started the job quickly and helped pick out what would look best together.  The work crew is kind, efficient, and hard-working. They are Christian people who I feel comfortable with in my home even if I am not there. They cleaned up each day and either Patrick or Pedro came by to check-up and give updates. We were so fortunate to find Pedro at Genesis Brothers to complete the remodeling of our master bathroom. Pedro and his team did a great job. We wanted a steam bath room and a walk in shower area with full slab quartz walls. Most bath contractors were not interested or gave us an estimate that was priced way too high. Pedro took on the challenge and priced fairly. He’s not afraid to think outside the box. He is very easy to work with and conscientious to make his customers happy. It turned out beautifully. After remodeling their own bathroom, our neighbors recommended that we contract with Genesis Brothers to remodel our own master bathroom. What a great recommendation! The company demolished our bathroom down to the studs and rebuilt it professionally, superbly. Rebuilt it so well that we contracted them a second time to remodel our guest bathroom. So, two new bathrooms, and my wife and I are delighted with both. The two remodeling crews were outstanding: highly skilled, pleasant, caring, and the owner checked the progress regularly. Competitive pricing with attention to detail throughout the demo and installation process. Friendly and competent crew that was well supervised along with being easy to work with.  Dust removal was accomplished by using exhaust fans and air filtration system. Cabinets were covered and doors to other rooms were sealed.  LVP was installed along with new baseboards. Genesis Brothers just finished a bathroom remodel with a layout change removing soaking tub and expanding the shower.  They took care of everything from start too finish.  I followed everything closely and any questions or issues that I had were addressed promptly.   Pedro and/or  Patrick were were on-site daily to make sure we were happy.  Project turned out great.
